I want to slow down
So I came into being in 2012.
I don't recall prior to 2012.
I am 6.
Not acting 6, I AM 6.
I feel like I have tried to accomplish 16 years in 3.
I feel like I am on the brink of a major nervous breakdown.
Too fast. I want to slow down. I don't need to be 16 soon. In 10 years will be fine.
I know the body will not wait for me to catch up.
I am aware it has only so many years available to it.
I don't care if I feel like I am 16 when I'm qualified as a senior citizen.
I need to slow down. My mind can't handle the speed.

Oh Lesley, I don't know what to say.
On the nervous breakdown bit. Talk to someone face to face if you can, hugs help to. It helpes when Things get out of control , and the mental loops start spinning up. For me it makes a anchor which I can cling to as I reel in the werid thoughts.
Have a e-hug. X

To those who've survived: Breath. That's it. Once more. Good. Your good. Even if you're not, you're alive. That is a victory. Jemisin
I am dyslexic, and normally use a smart phone to interact with the world. So the words written may not be the words intended to be used.
