So my therapist on the final session recommend that I use positive affirmations to try and boost self confidence and self esteem. This was meet with a sinical look, "what like cat posters?". But you know fake it till you make it, and like a lot of changes practice is the key. So why not? Problem is I don't know that many, any recommendations?
So far I have
Trans women are women.
