first hormone blood test! Empty first hormone blood test!

Had the results back from the first blood test after 3 months on HRT. I have no base line results, so no real comparison. But the T is now below cis male levels at 8nmol, and E is above cismale at 290pmol. Starting to see changes, chest has increased by 15mm but filling more sideways rather than forward but increase in mass means it hurts to run stairs with out a bar with padding to support them. The Specialist has increased E by 50% and moving onto gel, as the patches were failing to often.

I found that hormones didn't exactly make breasts appear out of nowhere, but, it sure made things happen IN them.

You can pretty much expect to 'feel' what women 'feel' during pregnancy as their breasts suddenly swell. Mine were sure sensitive for the first year and a bit. They calmed down eventually. I have Bs now from almost nothing, but, I had to go the route of breast augmentation surgery to get past the As I was likely stuck with. I could have gone for Cs I suppose. Maybe I should have too.

The reality of breasts, is regardless of where your mind is before you have breasts, you will be glad you have breasts eventually. Your clothes finally look 'correct' without a need to fake anything. You are able to go braless and still have breasts. You feel more 'womanly'. Breasts are only a problem it seems if you are not entirely female.

What you see in my avatar, that's what 3 years of hormones and breast augmentation surgery looks like on a girl with a 38" band size. I'm braless. C cups are a bit bigger. Breasts seem to be more further apart than most females. Cleavage takes thinking.

I am somewhat scientifically literate but mol versus liter is confusing for me.
Converting from moles to volume (liters): Multiply your mole value by the molar volume constant, 22.4L. Converting from particles (atoms, molecules, or formula units) to moles: Divide your particle value by Avogadro's number, 6.02×1023. Remember to use parentheses on your calculator!
WHAT!

My last blood test had my 'T' level at <10 ng/dL (Reference 175-780). I have just re-started estradiol valerate and won't have an assay value until after June 15.

Just wait until you bang a breast into a door or wall corner. I have been off estrogen for a couple of years, but the buds are reacting nicely to my restart - sleeping at night has become somewhat difficult as the bedsheets rake across my nibbles like sandpaper.

You may want to inquire with your specialist about estradiol valerate intramuscular injections. It takes me about 15 minutes bi-weekly to set up for the injection and about 15 seconds of anxious hovering above my quad muscles before I push the 23 gauge needle into my muscle. My goal is to get to a weekly injection and an increase in the volume.

Beats having to put the messy gel on daily.

Yeah, I don't think I am going to get much cuppage, as by what I have read that bigger rib cages mean they spead out sideways rather than forward and I am a band size 46! Let's see which side of the family I take after, one sides fried eggs, the others water mellons. Can't find which chromosome they are on,

Lol, I am chemist so mols are day to day stuff. Looking at 230ng/l,

Thought about injection, but they want to see how it goes.

My Veterans Administration Endocrinologist's goal is ~100 pG/mL. Would that be the same as 100 nG/L (note: it is, I just googled it)? My personal goal, given the restrictions of the VA is 200 pG/mL

When I first started EV IM, I was tested at >800 pG/mL and DID I FEEL GREAT Exclamation I went from an AAA to an A cup in less than a year. I have actually not lost any breast volume even with no estrogen for nearly three years.
