scizophrenic workout tips???? Empty scizophrenic workout tips????

I am putting this here and on another forum. I am overcoming my depression by walking everyday. the thing is I physically count my steps and add them up on my computer. when I do sometimes a voice in my head starts counting and that throws me off. I would use pedometers but I have had so much bad luck with how inaccurate they have been{because of the different reasons}. an advice on what to do ther than get a pedometer.

P.s. I refuse to get a pedometer because acording to what pair of pants I wear changes the amount of steps my entire house is. also i do not move my arms when I walk.. so wrist pedometers do not work.

Count your steps in a measured mile. Then let Google tell you how far you walked.

I have a suggestion. There are phone apps that'll count your steps, too, that are very accurate. You might have less issues than with a pedometer.
